If any provision in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS:
My Cosmetic Clinic requires 24 hours of notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or do not attend your appointment, My Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
CONSULTATION FEE:
My Cosmetic Clinic values and appreciates its clients. When you book an appointment with MCC for your cosmetic injections and skin treatments, we set that practitioners time aside just for you. MCC charges a $50 booking deposit for all the cosmetic injections and skin treatments bookings which will be credited towards your treatment service. Bookings made over the phone and online through My Cosmetic Clinic website can only be secured once you have paid the booking deposit. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment we can allocate your booking deposit to another available date and time, however it is not subject to refund. Last minute appointment cancellation and no shows will forfeit the booking deposit. We hope you understand and respect the My Cosmetic Clinic deposit and cancellation policy.
SURGICAL CONSULTATION FEE:
The $150 payment to secure an in-person surgical and thread lift consultation with Dr Ansari is non-refundable. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled surgery or thread lift consultation, we require that one weeks’ notice is given to be eligible for a refund of the $150 consultation fee. If less than one weeks’ notice is given, the surgical fee is non-refundable. The appointment may be rescheduled to another date with a minimum of 24 hours notice. In this event, the $150 consultation fee already paid will be used to secure a consultation on the new appointment date.
WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY
22. We undertake to take all due care with any information including Comments which you may provide to us when accessing our website. However we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you may provide to us. Information you transmit to us is entirely at your own risk although we undertake to take reasonable steps to preserve such information in a secure manner.
23. Our compliance with privacy legislation is set out in our separate Privacy Policy which may be accessed from our home page.
DELIVERY POLICY
24. Upon receipt of your order, the services will be performed to you in accordance with the terms applicable to the services that you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of performance of the services. The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you upon performance of the services.
