“Gift Voucher” means the Gift Voucher that you have purchased or received.
A reference to “we” or “us” is a reference to My Cosmetic Clinic;

Gift Voucher Values
Gift Vouchers will be available in the following denominations: $50 (fifty dollars), $250.00 (two hundred and fifty dollars) and $500.00 (five hundred dollars).

How and where you can use the Gift Voucher
Your Gift Voucher may only be used at My Cosmetic Clinic locations listed in these Terms and Conditions of use.
Gift vouchers can be used to pay/partially pay for in-clinic treatments and surgeries, including:
• Anti-wrinkle injections
• Dermal Fillers injections
• Chemical Peel treatments
• Thread Lift
• Surgical Procedures (including: blepharoplasty, face/neck lift, brow lift, liposuction, breast surgery (augmentation, mastopexy, reduction) and abdominoplasty)
How to use the Gift Voucher at our clinics
Present the voucher to your My Cosmetic Clinic practitioner at the time of your appointment.
Redemption without a voucher will not be possible.
Purchases exceeding the Gift Voucher value
Your Gift Voucher may only be used to make purchases up to the Remaining Voucher Value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the Remaining Voucher Value, you must pay the excess using another payment method.
No cash advances
You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Voucher or redeem your Gift Voucher for cash.
Validity and expiry of Gift Vouchers
Your Gift Voucher will be valid for use for 3 years from the date of issue. Any balance that remains on a Gift Voucher will not be available for use after the voucher’s expiry date. To check the expiry date of your Gift Voucher call 1300 85 49 89.
Re-issue of faulty or damaged Gift Vouchers
Re-issue of faulty or damaged Gift Vouchers is not possible.
Destruction of Gift Voucher with no value
Once the Remaining Voucher Value is completely used, the voucher will be invalid and no longer of any use.
Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers
Treat your Gift Voucher like cash. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
Checking your Gift Voucher balance and transaction history
You can check your voucher balance, expiry date and transaction history at any time by calling 1300 85 49 89. For balance enquiries, you will be required to provide the Gift Voucher Number, plus Name and Contact Details of the original Voucher Purchaser, prior to gaining access to the voucher information.
Can I exchange my Gift Voucher?
You cannot exchange your Gift Voucher for a different denomination or for another tender, cash or discount.
Can I cancel my Gift Voucher?
No, you cannot cancel your Gift Voucher.
Can I transfer my Gift Voucher?
While the Gift Voucher is non-refundable or exchangeable, you can transfer the full or partial balance to someone else. In order to do so, please contact 1300 85 49 89.
Your Gift Voucher, your responsibility
You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Voucher. You are liable for all transactions using your Gift Voucher, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or by any of our employees.
• To add or remove participating My Cosmetic Clinic locations and/or where the Gift Voucher may be redeemed;
• To add or remove treatment or services which may be purchased with the Gift Voucher;
• For infrastructural, systems, administrative or operational reasons or to prevent the occurrence of fraud or other unlawful or unacceptable conduct;
• To comply with any contract, law, regulation or statute or order or judgment of any court, tribunal or other body having competent jurisdiction; or
• Where we, acting reasonably, consider that it will not be to your detriment.
Privacy and confidentiality
Personal information collected from you with respect to purchase and/or redemption of a Gift Voucher will not be used, copied or sold to any individual or organisation. Information pertaining to treatments received or planned, will remain private and confidential and will not be used, copied or sold to any individual or organization.

If you have reason to believe that an error has occurred in relation to your Gift Voucher, you should call 1300 85 49 89.
