Ear lobe surgery is a minor surgical procedure designed to correct torn, stretched, or enlarged ear lobes, or to reduce their overall size and reshape them for improved proportion. This procedure may be suitable for patients whose ear lobes have changed due to heavy earrings, trauma, or gradual elongation over time.
At My Cosmetic Clinic, we provide both ear lobe reconstruction and ear lobe reduction procedures. Each treatment is performed in a sterile environment by our experienced medical team, with the aim of achieving a balanced and refined ear contour that aligns with the patient’s facial features.
Ear Lobe Reconstruction
This procedure is typically performed when the ear lobe has been torn or stretched, such as from wearing heavy earrings or gauges. The damaged tissue is carefully reshaped and sutured to restore the natural appearance of the ear lobe.
Ear Lobe Reduction / Reshaping
This technique reduces the size or prominence of elongated or asymmetrical ear lobes. Excess tissue is removed, and the remaining skin is repositioned to create a proportionate contour.

Patients can return home shortly after the procedure and typically resume normal activities within a few days. Stitches are usually removed within one to two weeks.
Following surgery, mild swelling, bruising, or tenderness may occur but usually resolves within one to two weeks. It is recommended to:
