Dr Ansari began his initial surgical training in the United Kingdom under the National Health Service and went on to obtain membership in the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) in 2006. He then carried out extensive training in cosmetic surgery in Australia where he was granted a fellowship from the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery.
The recipient of multiple scholarships and prizes throughout his career, Dr Ansari’s keen interest in surgical research led to him being awarded a Masters (MSc) in Advanced Surgical Practice from Cardiff University.
